Shipping and Returns Policy.

Due to weight and size variation with natural stones, we do things a little different here.
This is what happens next:
1.) Once you submit your order, you will receive an initial order confirmation email.
2.) Real people will then process your order! Our staff will prepare your order, then proceed to shipping, typically within 48 hours. We will then charge you for S&H. Most orders within the USA incur an average $6.95 - $24.95 S&H. Expect higher charges for large orders, amethyst geodes, and international shipping. We will always select the most cost-effective method of shipment for you. Most orders ship via USPS.
3.) You will receive a final order confirmation with details, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have any questions you can also call us during normal business hours at 503-285-4078.
Our shipping policy is to be as timely and cost-effective as possible. We primarily ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and offer both first-class and priority to our customers at check-out time. United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) are also options for our customers. It has been our experience that USPS is less expensive and highly competitive. If you would prefer another shipper please contact out office during business hours at (503) 285-4078 and we will be happy to accomodate you.
There are some occasions when we can upgrade shipping from first-class to priority for the same or less cost. In this event we will choose priority, because there is no difference in cost and it has proven to be faster.
Geodes in excess of 15 pounds in weight will incur an additional $10 packing fee. This will be applied and appear in your final order confirmation email with us when we ship.
To ensure the security and safety in the delivery of larger, or high dollar amount orders, our company policy is to ship with signature confirmation of an adult upon delivery.
Return Policy: Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of order for exchange, credit or refund. Please call us first at (503) 285-4078 or email email@example.com
Damage and breakage. We have been shipping our products around the world for over 14 years. We have learned a great deal about how to ship fragile and breakable items. No system, however, is perfect. If your order arrives in anything but perfect condition, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can have it returned to us and work with you toward to best possible resolution.
Pisces Trading Company assumes no liability for shipments. We maintain copies of all proof of shipping and delivery forms on file as proof of shipment to destination. The customer assumes all risks involved in receipt of order.
We suggest you ship to your business address where packages can be received in person, or to a US Mail post office box, or other secure location.
Holiday Orders: we do not guarantee delivery by December 25th for any orders placed after December 18th.
