stone inlays.
Made in the USA by John Shannon, a Northwest craftsman known for his fine
cabinetry and furnishings.
Made from hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, and curly maple.
This unique design provides two surfaces for preparation and serving:
one wood, one stone. The granite surface is removable for cleaning.
You may use the wood surface for vegetable cutting, while using the non-porous
stone surface for meats and fish. The dual surface offers many possibilities:
space-saving preparation in the kitchen, sushi prep and serving table-side,
to bread, cheese, and hors d'oeuvres.
